Home Video ("PARTNER") are conducting the “Draven Shoes / Aiden / Lost Boys 2: "The Tribe” (“Sweepstakes”) starting July 15, 2008 at 12:01 AM EST and ending August 31, 2008 at 11:59 PM EST (“the Sweepstakes Period”). At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes may be extended until JUNE 1, 2007. The Sweepstakes is being administered by Draven Shoes (“Administrator”).
This Sweepstakes is open to individuals that are residents of The United States that are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the Drawing Date. Employees, officers and directors of Draven, their affiliates and subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or production agencies, webmasters and web suppliers (and their immediate family members [parents, children, siblings, spouse], regardless of where they live, and individuals residing in their same household, whether related or not) (“Sponsor and Agents”) are not eligible to participate.
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may submit an Entry to Administrator via the webpage HYPERLINK http://www.draven.com/contests.php http://www.draven.com/contests.php (“Webpage”). The Entry must consist of the following: entrant’s first name, last name, e-mail address and country of residence. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupt or illegible entries; or for unauthorized human intervention; or for phone, technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures, malfunctions or disconnects of any kind. All Entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor, and will not be returned or acknowledged other than as specifically described herein. For an entry to be eligible, the Administrator must receive the entry on or before August 31, 2008 at 11:59 PM EST, or if extended, by September 15, 2008 at 11:59 PM EST.
Potential sweepstakes winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in a drawing held on or about Next Business Day After August 31, 2008 (the “Drawing Date”), or if extended, Next Business Day After September 15, 2008. Administrator’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winners may be notified by e-mail (at the e-mail address provided on that entrant’s entry form) within two (2) weeks of the Drawing Date. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, he/she is found to be ineligible, he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official rules or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner will be disqualified and, if applicable, an alternate potential winner of such prize will be selected at Administrator’s sole discretion.
